삼성 Z 플립 분해 사진입니다. 핸드폰 속 FPCB 부품을 알아 보도록 하겠습니다.
CAMERA
| Camera Module용 FPCB는 RFPCB Type입니다. Rigide 구간에는 Prepreg가 있어 Hard 하고 중앙부는 굴곡을 요구하기 때문에 Prepreg가 없어 유연합니다. FPCB 업체에서 Bear PCB 상태로 납품하게 되면 상위 고객사에서 커넥터 및 Camera Module 부품을 실장하여 End User로 납품합니다. Camera Module의 커넥터구간은 Main Board와 체결되어 사진 및 영상자료를 메인보드를 거쳐 저장 장소로 이동됩니다. |
Camera Module에는 보통 임피던스 회로 가 있어 회로폭관리가 중요합니다. 안정적인 통신 속도를 유지하기 위해 중요 관리 포인트입니다.
MAIN BOARD

| MAIN BOARD에 카메라 모듈 및 안테나 등 모든 부품을 연결합니다. 말 그대로 유심 트레이, 조도센서 등 모든 부품을 연결해 주는 보드입니다. 일반 BLUE PSR을 진행했는데 Z플립의 경우 방수에 취약 하기 때문에 하이드로빅 나노 코팅을 하였다고 합니다. |
SUB PBA
문의사항 : FPCB 전문가 영플렉스 대표 윤영도 H.P : 010-5238-3326SUB PBA는 보통 RFPCB로 제작되며 4층 ~ 8층 구조로 되어있습니다. FPCB 위에 부품을 실장 하게 되면 커넥터와 충전 가능한 소켓을 실장 합니다. 휴대폰을 조립하고 나면 커넥터 부위는 메이 보드와 체결합니다. 소켓은 우리가 일반적으로 사용하는 충전기를 꽂아 충전하게 됩니다.
FLEXIBLE 구간은 EMI를 덮어 전자파 차단 및 노이즈 방지를 목적으로 TOP, BOTTOM 면에 부착합니다.
LCD
문의사항 : FPCB 전문가 영플렉스 대표 윤영도 H.P : 010-5238-3326LCD는 보통 양면 또는 다층으로 구성되어 있습니다. 기존에는 단순 양면에서 멀티로 변경되는 추세입니다. 층이 높을수록 공간 절약과 여러 가지 기능을 할 수 있습니다. ACF 단자부와 중간 고객사 휴대폰 액정을 ACF를 이용하여 부착합니다.
참고로 ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film'(이방성 도전 필름)) LCD Panel Glass나 COF에 IC를 Bonding, 혹은 Glass에 TCP를 Bonding 할 경우 사용되는 접착 및 통전(通電) 재료로 반도체 실장에 주로 사용되는 FILM입니다. HOT BAR 형태로 열과 압력을 이용하여 LCD LEAD와 DIE PAD를 연결하는 방식입니다. 접착제 안에 이방성 도전 BALL이 있어 압착 시 BALL이 단자부 영역만 터지며 도통 되는 원리입니다.
